• Organizes the work and interaction of the clinical structural units of the university under its jurisdiction, takes measures to provide them with qualified personnel.

• Organizes and implements, within its competence, the interaction of the university with medical organizations and institutions of practical health care.

• Organizes work on the conclusion and implementation, within its competence, of contracts with medical organizations on cooperation within the framework of the University Clinics project.

• Organizes work on the conclusion and implementation within its competence of agreements on the organization of practical training of students.

• Analyzes the activities of clinical structural units of the university.

• Monitors the implementation of the state task for the provision of specialized medical care and planned volumes of medical care in the CHI system in the clinical units of the university.

• Analyzes the state of material, technical, organizational and methodological equipment of clinical departments and departments, makes suggestions for its improvement.

• Organizes the collection and analysis of information on the performance of the volume of medical and diagnostic work by employees of departments and clinical departments of the university, statistical indicators of their activities;

• Ensures the development and implementation, together with clinical departments and clinical units, of measures aimed at improving the quality of medical care to the population.

• Organizes work on the development and implementation of new methods of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of the population.

• Provides quality control of medical care by clinical departments and departments of the University; participates in the consideration of complaints and appeals of citizens on the provision of medical care by university staff.
  

• Organizes medical care for students and staff of the University; provides organization of events for medical examination and immunization of students and staff.

• Ensures timely compilation and submission of reports on the medical activities of the university to the controlling structures and departments.

• Provides assistance from the teaching staff of the University in the implementation of federal, regional and municipal programs for the protection and promotion of public health.
