Kuzmina Elena Mikhailovna

Kuzmina Elena Mikhailovna graduated with honors from the Stavropol State Medical Academy in 2005 with a degree in "Medical practice".

From 2005-2008, she studied in a clinical residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Stavropol State Medical University.

In 2009, she underwent professional retraining at the Federal State University "Central Research Institute of Organization and Informatization of Healthcare of the Federal Agency for Health and Social Development", in the cycle "Public Health and Healthcare", Moscow.

In 2010, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic: "Medical and social aspects of reproductive health disorders in children aged 11-18 years. 12/14/03 – Public Health and Healthcare at the Federal State University "Central Research Institute of Organization and Informatization of Healthcare of the Federal Agency for Health and Social Development", according to the cycle "Public Health and Healthcare", Moscow.

In 2017, she studied under the professional program "Management in the field of Healthcare" of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2017, she completed professional retraining under the program "State and Municipal Management" with the qualification "Manager" at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation".

In 2019, she completed training under the program "Implementation of an integrated quality management system in a medical organization, regional healthcare system based on Roszdravnadzor Proposals".

Since 2008, she has been working as an assistant, and then from 2017 to the present as an associate professor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at StSMU.

From 2013 to 2016, she worked as the Deputy chief physician for the medical department of Dr. Kit Clinic LLC.

From 2016 to 2020, she worked as Deputy Chief Physician for organizational and methodological work of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution Stavropol Regional Clinical Perinatal Center No. 1.

From 2020 to 2023. She worked as Deputy Minister of Health of the Stavropol Territory. She supervised medical activities in the field of motherhood and childhood.

Currently, she combines work at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology with the main activity of the Vice-rector for Medical Work and development of regional healthcare at StSMU.
